One Hour Consultations in your home or mine or on Zoom
Presently during the pandemic I offer inhome appointments if fully vaccinated. You could come to my home office or I could visit you at your home. Zoom appointments are fine as well. Appointments are one hour each. $130.00 CAD per hour. Seniors and children's rates available. Minimum number of visits is 3.
Weekly Meal Plans?
If requested, I can provide weekly meal plans to help guide you along the way. $75.00 CAD per weekly plan
Followup Appointments
If you'd like, we can meet again on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis to touch base and see how you're doing with the changes I have helped you make. Followup 30 min. appointments are $75.00 CAD.
